Agreement

By using cloudstacksolutions.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. “We” means Cloudstack Solutions; “you” means the person or organization using the site.

Use of the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and products and contacting us. You may not attempt to break, probe, or overload it; misrepresent who you are when submitting forms; or use automated means to scrape or bulk-submit beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

Content and ownership

The site's content — text, product screenshots, imagery, and branding — belongs to Cloudstack Solutions or its licensors. Product interfaces shown are illustrative of the product at the time of capture; features, figures, and interfaces shown may change and do not constitute a promise of specific functionality.

The Razor closed beta

• Requesting access is not admission. Participation is invitation-only, at our discretion, and governed by any separate agreement presented at onboarding, which controls over these terms where they differ.
• Razor in beta is pre-release software provided as is, without warranties of any kind and without any service-level commitment. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the program may be paused or ended, at any time.
• Feedback you choose to give us about the beta may be used to improve the product without obligation or attribution.
• Beta data — configurations, investigation history, and similar records created in the product during the program — may be modified or deleted when the program or your participation ends. Do not treat a beta environment as a system of record.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and beta program are provided without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the site or the beta program is limited to the amount you paid us for them — which, for the site and an unpaid beta, is zero — and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Cloudstack Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
